1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Website or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TapFlow.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 in the EEA/UK or 13 elsewhere to use the App. By using TapFlow, you represent that you meet this requirement.
1.3 Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate information and keeping it updated
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
1.4 Health & Safety; No Medical Advice
TapFlow provides timers and organizational tools for BJJ training. It does not provide medical, fitness, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new training program. You assume all risks associated with physical activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for injuries or damages arising from use of the App.
1.5 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the service
Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
1.6 User Content & License
If the App allows you to submit or store content (e.g., drill names and descriptions, images, notes):
You retain ownership
You retain ownership of your content.
License to us
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.
Your responsibility
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
1.7 Intellectual Property
TapFlow, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by "ALGORIUM" Igor Radovanovic s.p. Brod or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
1.8 Purchases, Trials, and Refunds
One-time Purchase
TapFlow is offered as a one-time purchase via the Apple App Store and Google Play. Pricing and availability are set by the stores and may vary by region.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the respective app store's policies. We do not process refunds directly for store purchases.
Promotional Codes
If we provide promotional codes or trials, we may change or discontinue them at any time.
1.9 Third-Party Services
The App and Website may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., sign-in providers, blogs, or support tools). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
1.10 Disclaimers
THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
1.11 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, "ALGORIUM" Igor Radovanovic s.p. Brod AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF TAPFLOW. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) €50.
1.13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Republika Srpska, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Consumers in the EEA/UK may have additional rights to bring claims in their home country courts.
